UJI PROFISIENSI EMISI GAS MENGGUNAKAN GAS ANALYZER SESUAI PRINSIP-PRINSIP ISO/IEC 17043 DAN ISO 13528

Abstract


Uji profisiensi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengetahui unjuk kerja laboratorium dengan cara uji banding antar laboratorium. Program uji profisiensi gas emisi dengan menggunakan gas analyzer bertujuan untuk evaluasi kinerja laboratorium terkait pengukuran gas emisi dan memantau kinerja laboratorium secara berkelanjutan. Penyelengaraan program uji profisiensi gas analyzer harus mengikuti kaidah-kaidah ISO/IEC 17043 yang meliputi antara lain, kesediaan laboratorium peserta uji profisiensi, penentuan kadar certified mixtures gas, pelaksanaan uji profisiensi, dan evaluasi statistik berdasarkan ISO 13528. Program uji profisiensi diikuti oleh 10 laboratorium peserta yang meliputi 7 laboratorium swasta dan 3 laboratorium pemerintah. Salah satu laboratorium menggunakan 2 peralatan yang berbeda untuk berpartisipasi dalam program uji profisiensi sehingga dalam hal ini dapat dinyatakan jumlah perserta adalah 11 laboratorium. Evaluasi uji profisiensi dengan menggunakan statistika Zscore menghasilkan bahwa 10 laboratorium peserta atau 90,9% memiliki nilai bobot lebih besar atau sama dengan 80% karena memiliki nilai |Zscore| ≤ 2. Hal ini berarti bahwa 10 laboratorium peserta tersebut memuaskan untuk minimal 4 parameter gas. Dengan demikian, 10 laboratorium peserta tersebut dapat dinyatakan sukses mengikuti program uji profisiensi untuk pengukuran gas emisi menggunakan peralatan gas analyzer.
